After graduating from Boston University School of Law, Ginny completed a two year judicial clerkship for the New Hampshire Superior Court. Ginny was then appointed as an Assistant Attorney General in the Government Bureau of the Attorney General’s Office. As an AAG, Ginny represented a wide range of state agencies and officials in the state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Ginny was on the trial team of four AAGs defending the Commonwealth and the state Department of Education in the civil action brought challenging the state’s method and formula for public school funding ten years after passage of the Education Reform Act. After nearly a decade at the AG’s office, in 2005 Ginny began working at the municipal level, serving as Town Counsel to two Massachusetts towns. Ginny currently serves as Town Counsel to the Town of Grafton, providing a full range of legal services and trainings to the Town’s Officials, administration, and Boards and Committees. Ginny is an expert in the state Open Meeting Law, the Conflict of Interest (Ethics) Law, and the Public Records law. Ginny also represents private clients in land use and zoning matters, professional licensure, consumer protection, and other state and municipal matters. Ginny is also a member of the Acton Boxborough Regional School Committee
