Bettye Ann Blatman is a partner in the firm and heads the firm’s practice in Real Estate and Wills, Estates and Trusts. A 1977 honors graduate of Brown University, Bettye Ann holds a M.A. in Art History from Columbia University and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.In her real estate practice, Bettye Ann advises individual buyers and sellers in all phases of residential real estate transactions. She has developed an extensive network of real estate agents, mortgage originators and other related professionals which helps make the process of home buying enjoyable and seamless for her clients. Bettye Ann also represents builders and developers, as well as mortgage lenders, and is an experienced title attorney. Finally, she assists municipalities in the acquisition and
disposition of real estate. Bettye Ann provides estate planning services to individuals, couples and families across a broad spectrum of financial wealth. She provides estate administration assistance to those who have lost loved ones, and specializes in situations of family conflict. Bettye Ann also acts in a fiduciary capacity for many clients, both as the personal representative in a number of estates and also as trustee of various trusts, including special needs trusts.
